What We’re Looking For
At Willow, interns are part of the team, not observers. This is real work in a busy retail setting, where you’ll learn essential skills and contribute meaningfully to our daily operations. You’ll assist with a variety of tasks and gain insight into what it takes to succeed in fashion retail.
Internship Opportunities
We offer flexible, part-time and full-time internships that can be tailored to your goals, whether you’re earning college credit or seeking paid experience. Interns can expect to work approximately 3–4 days per week, depending on availability and schedule.
What You’ll Do
As a Willow intern, you’ll have opportunities to:
- Support elevated customer service and build client relationships
- Learn about visual merchandising and store operations
- Assist with styling and product knowledge
- Help with social media content and brand-related tasks (where applicable)
- Participate in real projects that contribute to store success
